Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jitago ("jitago", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jitago.vu. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the jitago platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jitago platform. jitago reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered mobile number or the in-platform notification system. Your continued use of jitago after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitago account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or verification codes issued to your registered mobile number. jitago will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or telephone.

1. Unauthorised access: You must notify jitago immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jitago will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily restrict access to the affected account.
2. Sharing accounts: Accounts are strictly personal. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to use your jitago account to place bets or access funds.
3. Device security: You are responsible for ensuring that the device from which you access jitago is adequately secured with appropriate measures such as a screen lock, up-to-date software, and protection against malware.
4. Liability for unauthorised use: To the extent permitted by applicable law, jitago accepts no liability for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

jitago supports a range of payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the jitago platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms govern all financial transactions on jitago.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jitago offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail with respect to that promotion.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where required, completed KYC verification. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonus offers.
2. Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by jitago are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
3. One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
4. Bonus abuse: jitago reserves the right to void bonus funds, winnings derived from bonus funds, and any associated bets if jitago has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other practice designed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.
5. Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
6. Seasonal promotions: jitago may offer time-limited promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions. These promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

5. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games and betting markets available on jitago are subject to individual game rules as specified within each game or market. The following general gameplay terms apply across the jitago platform.

1. Game outcomes: All RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes on jitago are determined by independently certified random number generators. jitago does not manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer and are not influenced by jitago.
2. Bet acceptance: jitago reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform at its sole discretion, particularly where jitago has reason to believe the bet was placed in error, as part of a coordinated scheme, or in breach of these Terms.
3. Palpable errors: If a game or market is offered at incorrect odds or with an obvious error due to a technical or human fault, jitago reserves the right to cancel or amend the affected bets and to pay out at the correct odds where determinable.
4. Disconnection policy: In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jitago's system will complete the game round using the most recently received game state. jitago is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
5. Prohibited conduct: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

jitago is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. As part of this commitment, jitago provides players with a suite of self-management tools and takes active steps to protect vulnerable players, including minors.

1. Age verification: jitago strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. The platform employs age verification procedures at registration and may request additional proof of age at any time.
2. Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period of between 30 days and permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and take effect immediately upon confirmation.
3. Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately.
4. Reality checks: Players may configure session time alerts to remind them of the duration of their current gambling session.
5. Player referrals: If jitago's responsible gaming team has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, jitago reserves the right to contact the player, restrict their account activity, or refer them to external support resources, without being liable for any resulting disruption to the player's account.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jitago platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, layout, and design elements — is the intellectual property of jitago or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the jitago platform without the prior written consent of jitago.
2. Game content supplied by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, or Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's licensing terms.
3. jitago grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jitago platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitago's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1. jitago does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service failures may temporarily interrupt access without prior notice.
2. jitago is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if jitago has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. The jitago platform and all content on it are provided on an "as is" basis. jitago makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the platform.
4. jitago is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the player's internet connection, device hardware, or third-party software used to access the platform.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

jitago reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where jitago has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following have occurred.

1. A breach of any provision of these Terms by the player.
2. The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
3. The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the jitago platform.
4. The player has engaged in collusion, match-fixing, use of automated tools, or any other form of cheating.
5. A regulatory or legal requirement compels jitago to restrict or terminate access for one or more players.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any genuine account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of applicable verification procedures.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jitago is incorporated as an international operator. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through jitago's customer support team shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

1. Informal resolution: Before commencing any formal dispute process, you agree to contact jitago in good faith at [email protected] and allow up to 30 calendar days for jitago to investigate and respond to your complaint.
2. Language: All dispute communications must be conducted in English.
3. Time limitation: Any claim against jitago arising from your use of the platform must be submitted within 6 months of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
